Lounge area viewed from the kitchen with the dining area on the right.  A large bay window allows plenty of natural light.  A pull out bed is located under the sofa.

There is a colour TV and gas fire in the lounge.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped including a Microwave and refridgerator.

Extra heating is supplied from a mobile panel heater stored in the main wardrobe.
